Overview 

In the pharmaceutical industry, granulation refers to the act or process in which primary powder particles are made to adhere to form larger, multiparticle entities called granules. It is the process of collecting particles together by creating bonds between them. Bonds are formed by compression or by using a binding agent. Granulation is extensively used in the manufacturing of tablets and pellets (or spheroids).

The goal of using these type of machines in a production line is to combine one or more powder particles and forms a granule that will allow tableting or the spheronization process to be within required limits. This way predictable and repeatable process is possible and quality tablets or pellets can be produced using tableting or spheronization equipment.

By selecting the components that work best for your production process, it’s possible to customize your process and easily reach your targeted results.

Using a variator, the operator can adjust the machine’s oscillarating cycles per minute to run according to the specific needs of the product.

For more complex equipment, we may construct a scaled prototype in order to conduct development and testing work. Using test samples, ideally of your product, we can optimize the parameters of the mixing process to give the best results for your production line.

Our granulators are designed to be reliable with minimal maintenance. In Inter Engineering 10 we do not offer simply manufacturing. We offer the complete solution - design, manufacturing, software, installation, proper documentation for validation, training, and after-sales service and maintenance.
